The YQX bridge type sludge suction machine is mainly used for the suction and discharge of sludge in rectangular secondary sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants or horizontal sedimentation tanks of water plants. According to user requirements, slag skimming and skimming devices can be added.

Structure and working principle

This equipment adopts a mobile bridge type, and there are two types of suction methods: siphon suction and pump suction. Generally, siphon suction machines are used for surface sedimentation tanks, and pump suction suction machines are used for semi underground sedimentation tanks. When the suction dredger is not working, it stops at the inlet end; When the suction dredger is working, under the command of electrical control, when traveling along the water flow, first lower the skimming plate, scrape and collect the floating slag, and skim it into the steel skimming groove at the end of the pool; When driving in reverse, the skimming plate is lifted and lifted away from the liquid level to prevent the floating debris from reversing; By controlling the solenoid valve directional valve, the flushing water is directed into the steel skimming tank; The mud and water at the bottom of the pool are drained into the mud collection tank by a suction pipe (through siphon or pump suction) for the next step of treatment, and then move back and forth in sequence to achieve the purpose of suction, discharge, and skim.
